Last night I made some white bread from a variation of this recipe I found online. I took a couple of pictures of those.

My other attempt was actually on this past Sunday, trying to find a good French Bread recipe. This one came out really well, and at least my wife says this is definitely a repeat. I followed this recipe, with the exception of the egg wash at the end, which I forgot to do. This yielded two loaves, however my wife and I quickly ate one while the bread was still warm. The other loaf didn’t last long, as we split it to use to eat with our left over spaghetti (it was great).

I hope to try out other recipes so I can find the perfect bread that I’m so hungry for.
