Our carpet cleaner showed up today to clean our carpets (surprise! we didn't expect them), but more than that, every time he comes, he always imparts some knowledge. This time? He was telling me about how he's buying a 4 bedroom home with pool in a great area that was foreclosed. The price? $84,000. That's awesome, great for him. :)
